Caliber Collision

Hi, as I hate to write this to be my first review on a business, but I just have to share my experience. I hope no one else gets treated the way I did here at this establishment. I had an appointment to get my truck repaired in April as I was hit from the back. The first man I had he was nice and respectful. He was a Hispanic man. I wish I would have had him again. After my first appointment, I had an issue with the rental so I had to get my truck back and I had the pleasure to meet Robert and Right off the bat when he came and talk to me and my grandparents he was very condescending. Very rude as in talking Manner. All it sounded like was he wanted his money instead of talking to me and giving me information. Don’t get me wrong who doesn’t want their money. He comes outside. We look at the truck and proceed as normal. I actually left with my grandparents to go pick up the rental this time and I unfortunately had another issue with the rental company. Take your car here if you need repairs. The receptionists are incredibly sweet and helpful and if you get Sebastian as a Service Manager, you won’t be disappointed. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The ladies up in the front were very nice very polite and rocky. He was awesome he would always let me know everything that was going on with my car. He kept me updated all the time. The people are awesome Services: Painting, Body & Trim
