When they replaced my tires they’ve messed up the tire sensors and low pressure warning light now stays on. They explained to me that for the safety of the vehicle new tires are mounted on the rear of the vehicle and of course I said, yes, I want to be safe. They mounted the new tires on the front. When I returned to discuss the issues, they didn’t own it. They were defensive and made excuses to protect themselves. They mounted tires on the back the way it should have been done the first time. They denied culpability for damages to the tire pressure sensor, even though it was working just fine before they changed the tires. So, I’ve been driving around with tire pressure warning light since visiting the facility.

I had a great experience at the Firestone - Flower Mound location.. I couldn't be happier. They took care of my suspension issue with haste and kept me abreast of potential issues that I plan to tackle down the line... A sincere THANK YOU goes out to Rene!! The level of service that I received from Rene and her colleagues was refreshing I had a smooth experience and I wouldn't hesitant to recommend this location to family and friends.... This is an honest sentiment, I was extremely pleased with their level of due care. Thank you Rene!!!!

Decent good auto care service quality with some good coverage. First comes first serve policy. Nice and quick follow up. Typically they offer LE when the job will be finished with email work order notification service. Pricing: slightly higher priced compared to other auto care centers. Need some efforts of price comparison and coupons Web homepage and mobile are useful just for service, coupons and auto care history.
