Jesse is very friendly and knowledgeable. His front desk person is always very friendly. It’s so nice to take my BMW to a local repair lot and support local business. Prices are much less that the dealership.
Jesse was able to diagnose, fix, and return my 535i in minutes when it barely made it into the shop on it's own. Who knows what the dealership may have told me was wrong, or how much more it may have costed me to repair. A quick coil change got me back on the road over my lunch hour, the same day I called for help. Highly recommended!
