Hands Down to Pronto Body Shop!! Not to mention Roger who would always update me and call me and simply go out of his way to answer me or find me a solution to anything that I needed. My Nissan Frontier was returned and it looked amazing!!! You sure can’t tell it was HIT!

Had someone hit my car in a parking lot over night, so I brought my car to Pronto the very next day. They were able to fix it in a short amount of time and make my front bumper look brand new. Adriana and co. were very helpful and transparent throughout the whole process from the quote, to helping me find a rental with my insurance and finding a ride to and from the enterprise / body shop. I highly recommend Pronto Body Shop! Their level of customer service, response time, professionalism, and expertise is beyond any collision shop I have ever worked with. They even caught a mistake or wrongdoing by the insurance with the type of claim originally assigned to the accident, and saved us a LOT of money with the deductible.
