Stuart is amazing! My car broke down yesterday and got to his place at around 7:00pm, after hours. The part that broke had to be ordered. He knew I was on a time crunch, so he called around and found a part on the other side of El Paso. My car is now sitting in my driveway. It was ready by 1pm today because he took the time to find the part so I wouldn't have to wait till Monday. My family has been going to him for years, we've never been let down or overcharged.

Outstanding service at a great price! From the get-go, customer service representative named Katy was warm and friendly. I towed in my Diesel, a Jetta TDI, and the mechanics quickly got to work. My Turbocharger had blown due to catastrophic failure and I also needed a new intercooler along with a clock spring to fix my horn. They allowed me to purchase parts from my favorite online retailer. I brought the parts in and they got me up and running in no time at a great price. I wanna thank all the folks including Stuart, Andre and Jacob down @J&S Auto Works for the great job!
