My daughter's car went in for some repairs. The vehicle was returned with two parts missing. This was brought to the attention of the shop manager and was quickly corrected. Due to shop manager Gilbert's attention to this matter will continue to do business with this shop. In fact I just dropped off my wife's GMC Acadia to be repaired.

Sometimes you get what you pay for, ufortunately Hoy Family Auto Body Shop was not one of those times. Enrique our service manager treated us with the worst customer service imaginable. He seems to be in happy with his job and he is making sure that your service experience reflects his attitude. Our car suffered overhearing after the repairs, not to mention took 4 weeks over the original due date. Hoy has earned a great name in our community it is regrettable that their staff is not representative of this once great El Paso business. Please stay away from Enrique if he handles your vehicle.
