I called to make an appointment on the 24th the soonest they could get me in was the 25th at seven in the morning. When I got to the shop the gentleman at the front desk basically just ignored me for about 10 to 15 minutes and then finally acknowledge me and asked what he asked what he could assist me with.. I informed him of what I needed done on my 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD 4 x 4 8 foot bed which happened to be a alignment as well as checking my front end steering and suspension due to a hard pull right. He stated that they may not be able to do the alignment due to how long the truck is A little confused but understood due to the length. I ended up taking a Uber heading home then about an hour to an hour and a half later he called me back stating my truck was too heavy and they cannot get it on the lift. So I had to get another Uber to take me back to the firestone shop to pick up my truck. I ended up taking it to Tops wheels and tires on dyer they treated me with respect and as

Incompetent incompetent. These guys obviously don’t care. I had four new tires installed sloppy workmanship when I was driving away I could hear a clanking coming from front driver side then I heard something fly up and hit inside the engine I have no idea what they did. My car sounds messed up. I also had them inspect the air condition and it’s worse.
