CAR CRAFTERS COLLISION REPAIR

I'm a big supporter of small businesses as I have had my own business and I have family who are business owners as well. It pains me to say this, but this is the first time I can't support this business. I have never dealt with a business owner who promises one thing after another, after another and doesn't deliver. We had our car repaired with Car Crafters for a minor front collusion. He told us it would take about 1 week and it was noted on the insurance claim. Well, 1 week turned into a massive amounts of excuses, broken promises and discussions. Exactly 3 months later we finally received our car, but not in perfect condition. We are so disappointed in the lack of integrity and professionalism in this individual. We don't want the same situation to happen to other people. This is why I felt I needed to let the public know these facts.

recently had crashed my car and was looking everywhere for a place to fix it where I would not have to pay the deductible, came across car crafters and it was great! Didn’t pay the deductible ,great customer service was provided, and the work was done in a timely manner! definitely would go back and I recommend all of my friends to car crafters. support family owned business!????

The only place I trust to get my luxury car cleaned, they have great customer service are very detailed! I recommend 100%!
