Came to get my brakes done today and an Oil Change. After all work done heading home and the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor before it even grabs to stop. Then my wife brings the Jeep to get the Oil Changed and when they are done they don’t even close the hood all the way. It was flapping around when we got on to I35E. This was a good place to get work done on my cars. But now I’ve Better find a new place now. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE.
Staff was not friendly and they are crooked on their prices... would not recommend to anyone... how does one rep sell me an air filter for 25 then the next rep sells the same filter to someone else for 15... never coming back again....
Charged me $100 for an estimate without informing me ahead of time. Refused to return my car without payment for just checking on the issue. Horrible business practices. No signage about payment for estimates. Cannot be trusted.
