I was recommended here by a neighbor who said they did really great A/C work in the dead of summer when your A/C is out. I had a little more minor but urgent work done. Ok, the shop itself is very claustrophobic especially since most will have to sit and wait a long time because he continues to let cars pile up instead of just telling people he can't get to it that day and bring it back another day. Many of us can't leave our cars there with him for nights on end as it's out only form of transportation. As such, the ventilation was poor. I have respiratory issues and had to get up and get fresh air as I waited and waited, something that I never have to do at other repair shops. I had an appt and still had to wait. He told me it would be xy amount of hours, but it ended up being a lot less than that. I think if you stay with your car they tend to work on it faster than if you leave it there it will just sit as he takes in and services all those oil changes that comes in so much late

After getting terrible estimates from the dealership, they fixed the car in one week and is now driving smoothly without any coolant leaking. There is a minor body shop repair to be done caused by this terrible dip near the tollway. They recommend Harvey’s Collision Center. Anyways the BMW i3 is now driving. Great shop.
