As always they never disappoint. I called to see if they could fix my drivers window. The window kept going back down after I raised it up. I spoke with Shawn and advised him what was happening. He immediately diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it over the phone. I now live over an hr away so I was very appreciative. But always worth the drive for excellent customer service. Excellent service! We just moved to the area and my Toyota Corolla started making some weird noises. I checked the local Facebook group for recommendations and despite there being a million car shops in Oak Cliff, almost everyone recommended Al’s. These guys were friendly and extremely reliable! I stopped by on a Monday morning to have my new Bilstein shocks installed on my truck. The staff was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They quoted me a reasonable price, did not try to upsell me on anything and finished the job quickly. My new coilover shocks were installed well and I have no more squeaks.
