Romay's agreed to work on my van minutes after it started overheating. They provided pictures, explanations, and cost breakdown for the work that needed done, as well as recommendations of things that they thought might need a second look (but these were just recommendations. Honest and reasonable cost for repairs to foreign vehicles. I like the fact that the staff are pretty much the same faces each time you visit - it shows that the staff are looked after and it shows in terms of the job that they do, with professional and honest service being their trademark. Nice place also to relax while the work is being done, with clean restroom and coffee and hot chocolate available. Please get some tea pods for the Kurig though, as not everyone drinks coffee and hot chocolate!! Also if you want to wait and you're not into contemporary Christian music, bring some headphones!
