Pro Drive S.P.I.D.

Brought my Subaru in with a steering issue and back hatch problem and Pro Drive fixed it up quickly and I haven't had any issues since. They made it easy to make an appointment were friendly upon walking in and kept me up to date on the time frame for repairs. Will definitely use them again if I have any problems in the future. This isn't personal, as I wasn't there and am going by the printed quote, the conversation that was had while I was on the phone, and what my wife told me. These guys are scamming the folks who don't know any better. Sent my wife to them because I don't have the time nor equipment to work on A/C. I also had her ask about replacing a stuck open thermostat while we were at it. This is where the craziness begins. After the diagnostic, they quoted upwards of $700 for a freaking thermostat replacement! Why? Because they over estimated the labor, because they figured they would replace the entire thermostat housing, o-rings, and sensor and order that part from Kia.... There's no leaks, nothing wrong with the housing. The thermostat is $15 for OEM. He said it would take half a day to replace a thermostat housing. HALF A DAY. Theeeeen they quoted her $2700 to replace the A/C compressor saying it was not long for this world but couldn't tell her why. They did say it was working. Part of tha

Took my truck in for ac repair and left with a leak in the system brought it back was told it was good and the same thing. Hot air in 3 hours. Still had the same leak . No thanks I'll take my vehicle else where thumbs down !
