Like the other bad reviews, I do not recommend going here. I don't know what time they actually open but it's not 8 am. I was at the shop for my 8 am appt but the mechanics showed up 20-30 mins late. No one with managerial authority is at the shop, myself and the mechanic spent hours trying to get a hold of the manager with no answer. They tried to charged me $883 for a $450 carburetor but I managed to argue a couple hundred off. I wanted to bring the part in myself as I could get it for $450 but they said they couldn't give me labour and parts warranty if I went that route. My van broke down later that day and wouldn't start. The shop and the manager wouldn't answer my calls for return my messages so I had to go to another shop to fix the work that this shop failed to do.

I came in to get a quote the day before yesterday. The gentleman made a phone call and came back with a quote of $220. I called the day before to see when I should come in and let them know I had the freon. They explained that some will be removed from the bill because I am bringing that in. The next afternoon, I bring the car in and let them know the quote. For them to say they miss quoted me. The gentleman that quoted me so happened to be in the office. I pointed him out. They still did not honor their quote. The gentleman understood and explained to me what the quote included. But the excuse I get is that he must not have called the right person. The rate increased last year. How is that my fault?! In the end, they did notify me of a part going out and the price for their shop to fix the issue (ac compressor). The rate is not the issue. I will not continue to go to a shop that does not honor their word. In my eyes, the rates are always subject to change, and that is not good busine
