Jiffy Lube

I got my oil change here a few weeks and noticed my car mileage started declining drastically. I decided to check my engine and noticed they never checked and topped off my coolant (so I’ve been running on low coolant/anti freeze). They also did not top off my windshield wiper fluid and on top of that they broke the cap leaving the windshield wiper fluid with no cap. I was wondering why my fluid ran out so fast after my oil change and now I know it is because they broke it off. I specifically know it was this location that caused this because my car was fine before the oil change. I’m very upset because my oil change was almost $100. I trust when I go get my oil change that the staff knows what they’re doing, because I don’t know about cars. But I’m very disappointed that I can’t trust this location to do an oil change and check and fill my fluids.

Bruce and Jordan had amazing customer service skills along with majority of the crew at this location. They are always providing my car with the best care and I am a loyal customer.

I wish I could give Stephen 10 stars. He went above and beyond to help me today. I took my car in for a routine oil change. It broke down on the way home. He came all the way to where I was and fixed it, it turns out it was just a little dust on a sensor! It was 100 degrees out and he stood there until he figured it out. He was awesome!!! Thank you!!
