They took an extra day because they didn't like the way my truck was acting and they found the real reason for troubles and fixed it and I am very pleased with the truck now, will use them again.

I contacted Car Guys Automotive after leaving my local Ford service department in disgust. I was able to bring my car in immediately. Ty had diagnosed and removed my faulty brake light within five minutes of my arrival. He did not have the replacement bulb on hand, but he was able to have it delivered within twenty minutes. The problem that was going to take Ford several days took Ty less than 45 minutes. Super relaxed and friendly, too. 10/10 will bring my car again. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car in after numerous attempts at other auto shops with no response back after leaving messages. Tyler looked at it and immediately diagnosed the “correct” issue. Brought it in next day and was completed same day. He lifted hood, showed me the replacement parts, explained the repair, and even cleaned up the engine a bit. I HIGHLY recommend this shop being a weekend mechanic myself but didn’t have the time to do repair. Price was right on par with industry but the service was well above what I expected and have experienced in the past. Kudos to these guys for a job well done. I will be back if needed!!!
