E-Z ZONE Complete Auto Repair

I went to EZ ZONE about 3 weeks ago and spoke to a gentlemen who was very professional and helpful. I had an issue with my Toyota Tundra and was told that they would inspect it and let me know exactly what needed to be fixed. I called about 3-4 days later and another man who I hadn't spoke to said he had inspected it and it required parts to be ordered and asked if I would like to continue. I said Yes order the parts and call me to give me an ETA...I gave it a couple days and hadn't received a call so I went in personally to get an update. The man at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. It wasn't the same guy I had spoke to the first time. It was a bald mechanic I believe. I have been very patient and here we are 3.5 weeks later and still no update. Over all very bad experience!!! Beware!!

I got power steering pump job done but when I received my car. The power steering have not been bleed. On the way home it started to get stiff and I can’t drive the car. I called Tony and he have not been supportive and told me to turn the wheel right to left, but how if it’s stiff. When you put a power steering pump on the car you have to lift the car front tires off the ground and keep the cap off the power steering to bleed it and allow air to pass. That job I paid was not performed and when I call Tony. He’s too busy to get my vehicle in to repair. I paid 350 and I bought my own parts and now I’m having to pay someone else because the job I paid for wasn’t completed. Please be careful and watch out for business that have too many cars lined up. It’s fraud and I will never go there again. Take my advice!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Great service. I came in to get the ABS module programmed on my Jetta. They went above and beyond to get the job done. The next time I need work done on my car, this is where I'm going to go! Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes
