Discount Tire

I’ll never come back here or any Discount Tire. I set an appointment to have my tires rotated and checked before a road trip. The associate that helped me said my tire tread is getting pretty low but not quite there yet. He then quotes me for 4 new tires equaling out to $1400. I said I wouldn’t be able to pay that today but I’d like to continue to get them rebalanced and checked. This guy literally refused me any service unless I bought ALL NEW TIRES. I even suggested replacing 2 and he still refused. I could not believe it. It’s ridiculous how some men try to hustle women at these car shops. I went somewhere else and they did it immediately. They won’t get my business ever again.

Today I went to get air in my tires, along with a dozen others. The weather finally went past 70 degrees so the line was insanely long. However, when it was finally my turn their representatives still treated me as if I was the first customer of the day. Greeted me with a smile and didn't rush conversation. This is my preferred location when I need anything done to my tires. Im the type that gets very overwhelmed if anything is wrong with my car. And I've never felt like they put sales over customer service. Hats off to this team at Cedar Hill.

I get consistently good customer service from this location. I go to them for all my tire needs. If you set an appointment as is recommended, the wait isn’t typically very long.
