Awesome people and awesome prices. I have used them twice with great results! They stand behind their work and will make sure the job is done right. I found Best USA through the recommendations of friends. I knew my friends would not let me down, so I took my Nissan to get an estimate for repairing an oil and coolant leak. The other big shops wanted $3k to "give it a try" without a guarantee and one of them told me they wouldn't even try fixing the issue. Best USA beat all of my previous quotes. They did this without looking at my previous quotes so I knew they were legit. The repairs were done on schedule and within budget.

My 07 Lexus had the tire pressure light on the dash illuminated. First, they used a sensor on all four tires, and the spare tire to determine if the air sensors were working properly. Then they reset the computer to turn off the air sensor light. Also they used a compound to buff out my headlight lenses to make them bright again. All total, the charge was only $70.. great job..!!! Great job I was very pleased with their customer service and expertise.

If 0 stars was an option I’d go with that. I never take time out of my day to leave bad reviews but I have also never received such terrible service in my life. My car has been having several suspension issues and despite other mechanics being unable to help me, none of them have treated me this way. The mechanics I spoke to in this shop never explained to me what they were doing or gave me options so that I can make my own decision. Instead they did what they assumed I would want which turned out to me a temporary fix. I brought my car back in 2 times because I was already charged a hefty amount so I wanted them to complete my service. Instead they were disrespectful and told me to go take my car to the dealership or a different shop instead of communicating to me what exactly was going on. This shop completely wasted my time and money so I wanted to warn others.
