Went in for two new tires on my fiancés car, asked about the free brake pad inspection. Came back that my front brake pads were at 4mm and my back were at 6mm. The charge for the front brake pad inspection was $360! So I said no don’t worry about it I will change them myself. I bought the pads myself and changed them out on 9/27. To my shock, after taking the pads off, I lined them up to the new pads and the they were almost the same thickness! Technically brand new.. what kind of scam is this place doing???!! If my fiancé would have went there she would have threw $360 away and not known! Never going back.

Lambs was able to do what I paid Discount Tire to do and couldn’t. There was a bit of a wait, but I expect that when I shop manages to fit me into their schedule. Thanks again for getting my tires balanced properly and letting me know exactly what the issue was!

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Very professional and polite people and their facility is clean and state of the art and five stars as well. Their quality of work is second to none. They fit me in on the spur of the moment without blinking an eye! Go there get your service needs repaired and you won't regret it!!!
