Lamb's Tire & Automotive

My Lamb's Automotive shop is on FM 1626 and the management, the staff and technicians are awesome. They go above and beyond what is required of them to not only service my car professionally; but they make me feel like they care if I am their customer. Went in on a Monday morning without an appointment, I asked if they had time for an alignment. They said that there would be one car ahead of me. They offered a ride home. It was done in approximately 2hrs. The alignment seems good too!

Not sure what to put here. I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced with an expected wait of 3-4 hours at 8AM letting Keith know I needed the vehicle no later than 2pm which seemed within tolerance for the shop. I posted up near the Starbucks until about 1:15p. I hadn’t seen my car moved once. Knowing the work couldn’t be done in that time, I asked for my keys back and left. I’m now sitting in my car melting because the mixed air motor fan I was expecting to have replaced today still has yet to be done waiting to pick up my child who will also be sweltering in 105F on a 30-minute drive home. Lamb’s is usually pretty good, but this time it definitely was a miss.
