My 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee was leaking so I visited Mr. Martin at Siegert Radiator Shop in Bryan, Texas. Mr. Martin looked at my radiator and gave me a written estimate (parts, labor and tax) to repair it. He said if I needed any additional parts (such as radiator hose) he would call to obtain my authorization before installation. I dropped off my Jeep on the agreed date. It would have been repaired in one day, but a special transmission cooling hose had to be obtained from Chrysler which delayed the repair by one day. I was very satisfied with the repair and with the cost. The shop is not all "bright and shiny", but the repair was done quickly, the workmanship was excellent, the price was very fair, everyone was courteous and helpful and I would recommend Siegert Radiator Shop to all who require radiator work. I will be a repeat customer if I have future radiator problems.
Took them my broken radiator. They ordered it and had it the next day. Fast, friendly service.
Good old-fashioned radiator shop. If they can't repair it, you need a new one. Amazing artistry with brass and solder.
