I didn't get any work done yet but Mike was extremely informative and very helpful. It's a pleasure to meet someone with great work ethnics and a helpful attitude.

Mr. Lapp completed restorative body and paint work on my compact SUV after a head-on collision. Most notably, he dealt flawlessly with the insurance company paying for my repairs and my rental car so I didn't have to do anything the entirety of the time my car was in the shop. Horrible communication even worse attitude my bumper was there just a little over a month was never painted I called numerous of times left multiple voicemails only to be constantly ignored I literally had to send my wife to the shop and have her call me on her phone that was the only way I could make contact with him AWESOME painter does amazing work but very poor communication and attitude I took my business elsewhere…I don’t have “side chicks” all of my women are equal and so I’m assuming it was ok for a random person whom you had never met who’s phone number or name you didn’t get to be able to call you and discuss my car and our business arrangement that’s very professional my thing is “IF” some random person call you about a project you’re working on that’s not the owner why not contact the owner?
