Jiffy Lube

We called ahead to make sure a state inspections person would be there. But when we came and parked in line (with only one car in the state inspections bay in front of us), we sat for at least 20 minutes without anyone coming to even see what we needed. We saw the employees in the garage, and they saw us, but they didn't come to our window. My husband even went in the office to try and talk to someone, but there was no one in there. We waited a little longer and it wasn't until we were pulling out that someone came outside and acted surprised that we were leaving. This is where we came for state inspections in the past, and the service was alright, but I don't think we will in the future.

Very quick and easy service. Upfront about the extent they could help and even offered visiting a different business if they hadn’t been able to fix it themselves. Transparent, customer-focused service. Service: Tires
