First Choice Collision

No respect for customer's time. When I called to let them know I was on my way, they informed me that I WAS NOT IN THEIR SCHEDULE! I explained that this was the second time they do this to me and the only solution they were able to offer me was and I quote, "You can come and drop off the vehicle, but we won't do anything to it any time soon!". Can you believe that?!? I am taking my business somewhere else where they know how to manage a schedule and have more respect for their customers. Weeks in advance, I called to schedule my car to get service at their location. I called and confirmed the drop-off of my car. Only to be informed that I was not in their schedule and nobody knew why or what happened. I sucked it up and requested to be added to their schedule, cause they explained and I quote, "that's the only way we can ensure that everyone gets their vehicles' service on time!". Their service was professional and in good pace with mine. There were some misunderstandings in the beginning of my previous experience with the technicians. But I would say that they handled my case real quick and everything was solved properly and beautifully at the end! They are real professional and taking good care of my concerns in the whole process. Good job Sam!

Going to the collision place is usually a terrible experience. However, this store not only took care of the issue we had, but also showed great salesmanship. They called numerous times (my husband and me) to set up the appointment and made sure we were well taken care of. This was our first time at the store and absolutely felt comfortable. Hopefully, we don’t have a car issue again. However, this would surely be our first option if we / our close friends need assistance. Special shout out to Liz who was amazing ????
