Caliber Collision

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Customer service was laughable. Caliber was not ready to receive the truck in the date of the appointment. They failed to order all the parts that were needed to make the repairs. A new appointment had to get made for 2 weeks later while we waited for the parts to come in. Repairs were not completed. Now I have to take the truck back in to finish the repair. Through all of their chaos and disorganization not one person reached out to apologize for their failure to do things as promised and nobody cares about the inconvenience they have caused. i usually do not post reviews, but this place is my first. first visit was rude, the front desk girl told me to fill out an authorization form by going to their website. she told me just to scroll down on my phone and that was it. i asked her where because i did not see the form to fill out & then she proceeded to get annoyed then told me to scroll even more down and click on these tiny font to get to the form. second visit was worse. i approached the same front desk girl & i asked her if josh was in. (i’ve never met josh in my life) to get a status on my car. she told me he was right there. there were 2 guys next to each other in their cubicle. so i asked who? then she pointed me to the right dude. not even a “hello” or “have a seat.” josh went straight to “do you have an appointment?” third interaction, i called in to talk to josh to see about my car status. he told me that he hasn’t heard from insurance yet, so i decided to go ahead and do it myself. i called my insurance & i got ev

Progressive choose these guys to repair the damages to my truck. Excellent job done by these guys. Daniel handled my claim and his customer service was excellent. His communication, professionalism, customer service was above and beyond. I’d recommend these guys to all my friends and family!
