Needed help with a slow leak on a brand new tire I bought a couple of weeks previously from Goodyear in Brownsville TX. The service advisor (Sergio Chaires) not only diagnosed the problem - but he immediately fixed it himself. Right then. I was extremely IMPRESSED with his professionalism and his willingness to help me in a tough situation. As I told Sergio his boss - I will forever be a loyal customer from this point forward to their business. Most highly recommended!

Sunday, May 14... The GOODYEAR TECHNICIAN, DAVID JONES, CAME TO DENNYS' RESTAURANT ACROSS GOODYEAR TO HELP WITH MY FLAT TIRE... WHEN PREVIOUSLY X6 MEN COULDN'T REMOVE THE TIRE(STUCK)... AND MR. JONES CAME RAPIDLY AND FRIENDLY ASSISTED WITH THE UNMOUNTING OF MY DRIVER'S SIDE REAR FLAT TIRE... AND ONCE BACK AT GOODYEAR, THEY FIXED MY FLAT TIRE, FREE OF CHARGE, BECAUSE A YEAR AGO I PURCHASED THE TIRES FROM THEM(VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE)... VERY FAST SERVICE, FRIENDLY, AND WILLING TO ASSIST ABOVE&BEYOND... REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!! GOD BLESS THE WHOLE TEAM VERY MUCH!!! THANK YOU. Great Customer Service, Mr. Ruben Perez, in helping me get my damaged front tire flat replaced with a brand new one and only paying for the new Road Hazard... thanks to the technician for dismounting/mounting/ balancing the new tire... great job!
