Firestone Complete Auto Care

Brought car in to fix a flat tire, tire pressure on my four wheels was 36. They fixed the flat tire covered by the warranty but then I get in my car and noticed they over inflated all tires to 50 psi. Are you 1d10ts trying to kill me? Seven visits to this location and it is always something new. Do the job requested and keep your hands off everything else. The mechanics working on the cars need better training. You all should know what the tire pressure should be for your tires, obviously not.

Stopped in to see about getting an oil change. Service Manager said it would take between 45-60 minutes. He said we would get Pennzoil Synthetic (car requires synthetic) and he quoted the total price of just over $100. We walked across the street and had a quick bite. When we returned, the car was just being pulled into the garage. After 90 minutes, I inquired about the status and was told it would be another 5-10 minutes. 40 minutes later….it was done. 130 minutes was not acceptable. I was never given the diagnosed other items that they were to inspect. The oil change reminder was stuck on top of the previous service reminder. And the oil used per the invoice was Motorcraft (not the Pennzoil) which prevent me from getting a $25 rebate. While the local was clean, the experience was unacceptable and will probably make me think long and hard about using that specific location or any Firestone Location. No apologies, no excuses, just poor expectations setting and really poor execution.

Helped me right away but failed to tell me the inspection person was gonna leave at 5pm after going back with the paper work needed.
