The SUV looks like it never happened. The time that it took was incredible. I hope that nothing ever happens again but if it does VIN'S is the place for me. Thanks.

The body work was actually not bad but when I picked up the vehicle the “Service Suspension System” warning came on. I returned the vehicle to Vinn’s only to be told they aren’t going to do anything. The lady I spoke to (Donna) talked in circles but wouldn’t acknowledge even the possibility that the problem was caused by them. The warning light was not on before they had it. They did $7000 worth of work, now the light is on. They told me their work is guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle. Realistically their work is guaranteed as long as you never have a problem. I’m really not a hard person to please but I am severely disappointed in my experience with Vinn’s. I guess customer service truly is dead in the auto repair business.
