Took my Mom's 2004 Lexus IS300 Sportcross here for some typical 75,000 mile engine work ( timing belt, water pump, etc). Everyone that works here is so nice. They listened very carefully to what I wanted done and actually came in under what they quoted me for the repair. Work was done excellent. My car was well cared for. And the repairs were thoroughly explained to me when I picked the car up. I will be bringing my other cars here for sure in the future. I highly recommend this shop. This car is not rare but uncommon and they even found the rear wiper blade replacement. Way less than what the dealership wanted lol. Thank you Scott's import service. Honest business!!! My son and I brought his Lexus car initially for a spark plug and coil. We were fully satisfied with the work and price. We returned a couple of weeks later because according to the Lexus dealer, the car has critical problem with tie rod assembly and sway bar stabilization assembly plus alignment. I asked Scott to look into the problems. Scott gave me a quote for the repair and replacement of parts. We left the car overnight to be fixed. Next day, I received a call from Scott telling me that there is no problem with the car!!! He told me that he checked the supposed problem areas and he said the car is in good shape. He did not even charge me for checking the car. I trust Scott's Imports to give honest business and exemplary performance. His words were, "I want to be able to sleep at night." I am truly thankful to find a trustworthy mechanic in the Beaumont area.

It has been over 6 months since they 1st got the car & they've still not finished with it. After multiple attempts to retrieve it, they have promised to complete the work & call when it is done, however, they never call & have still not finished with it.
