I worked with a catering event for the staff here and everyone had such nice things to say, and were also very kind. After overhearing certain conversations and seeing some of their deals, i cant help but say if youre looking to get a Nissan, go through Mike Smith ????????

1/6/23 Friday Had a tire rotation and oil change done at this service center today, for the second time since i have started going here they did not rotate my tires. I put marks on the tires to make sure that they get rotated and this is the second time i had to point out the marks and show them that they were not rotated. I don't know what kind of mechanics they have working for them but it is extremely unprofessional of them to have people not doing the things you pay for. I highly advise everyone having this done at this service center do the same and mark your tires from now on before the service. All i can think about is all the older folk and people with no knowledge of cars that they do this too and get away with basically stealing peoples money. If this happens a third time i am certainly going to file a complaint with the management and corporate office as well as get the name of the mechanic that worked on my car and file a complaint against him/her as well. TLDR tires were n
