My vehicle involved in a rear-end collision on Nov.5, 2021. I could not get an appointment for repair work until Dec.22, 2021. My vehicle repair was not complete until Feb. 16, 2022. I had over $2,000.00 in rental car fees during this period of time as a result of all the delays in the order and re-ordering of parts. On a scale of 1-5, the repair work was a 4. Their would be a 5 if not for the opening of the trunk. The actual refinishing work was excellent! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I initially met with Brad regarding my need for body work. We discussed making an insurance claim and then returning the vehicle. I asked when we could bring it back in and he gave me a date. We dropped the vehicle off on 8/26. I called the following week and asked about status. He stated that he needed to get a technician to break it down. I called again the following week and they were still in the process of determining the level of damage. Each time I wanted to know the status of my vehicle I had to call and ask. I was told once parts were delivered it would be approximately two weeks and they like to under promise and over deliver. I was told after several more weeks that they did not have paperwork for one area that needed to be fixed, although all documents were sent vial email together on the first day. I then resent the paperwork and waited again. After 5 weeks we called again and they told us that Brad was no longer employed there and my case had been handed off to Kevin. I

I made an appointment and dropped my vehicle off on August 17th. I was not satisfied with the level of communication from the business. I had to make all the effort to speak to someone. They finally contacted me on September 2nd to come get my vehicle. As I drove out of their driveway, a warning light came on so I circled back to ask if it was something they needed to reset for me. The estimator advised that the vehicle needed to be recalibrated and that had to be done by the service department. As it was 4:30 on a Friday, I couldn't get it done then so I had to bring my car back and leave it all day on Monday. This was an inconvenience and should have been handled before they returned my car especially since they had my vehicle for over 2 weeks. Service: Painting
