I wish someone would have said or even made us aware that we could install the battery in our 2013 Ford F-150 ourselves, I would have still bought the battery from them. They were nice but I mean really they knew the only reason I came was because the guy next door said that it had to be professionally installed and it does not. I probably even would have made sure I came back to them for a lot more stuff that I need done on all my vehicles. They got their 130 for someone to install the battery but that’s all they will get from me and I will be sure to let people know not to go there he’ll at Goodyear I could have gotten the same battery for 209 not 250 and they would have installed it for 30 or I could have but it definitely wouldn’t have cost 389. The world we live in today wow people just don’t care about other people anymore.

Had an appointment came early still have to wait? What type of business us this. Pitiful and the girl upfront was sooo condescending. Why make an appointment for an AC check and still have to wait. WORST PLACE EVER. Like my time isn't valuable.

The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even showed me what the issue was with my Jeep and what the part looks like. A first since I've owned a automobile. This really impressed me. So they will be my only car care center for now on. Thanks Meineke ????
