It was once a non hassle experience but that’s been changing each visit. Great tires though.
Was mostly satisfied with the work. Took a bit longer than I expected. 3 days. Mostly upset about smoking in my vehicle. When I picked up my truck the cigarette smell in the cab was overwhelming. When I complained I was told that the only people that smoke were the 2 managers. How do you get something done when the manager is the culprit? Will not be coming back. Service: Steering & suspension repair
I appreciate the customer service and the work that I received doing business with y’all. I was hesitant from the reviews that I read before coming in but I’m glad I did. Y’all were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. It appears to me that the bad reviews were probably someone having a bad day or just impossible to please, because I am very particular about my truck and I was extremely happy with what was done. Will definitely be coming back if I need any other work done. Thank y’all.
