These guys were awesome with their customer service. We called to check ask about working on a vehicle that was a bit of an oddball. They were in constant contact with us, and gave us all the information we needed in a very short amount of time. We ended up doing something different with the vehicle all together is the only reason we decided not to have them do the work. Excellent customer service the whole way through.
Had my transmission rebuilt here with many heavy duty upgrades for a cost of $6098.00 in January 2020 when my truck, a 2001 Dodge Ram HD2500 4x4 that I only used as a daily driver to work and back, had 308,000 miles on it. The "rebuilt transmission" started slipping in 1st and 2nd gear within the first month of this place rebuilding it. I brought it back and was told that they couldn't duplicate the problem, so nothing was done about it. Here it is April 2022, my truck has 328,180 miles on it only 20,000(all interstate driving) miles since the rebuild, and I only towed my travel trailer one time back in October of 2020....and my transmission has completely gone out again!!! When I called "Ed" about a warranty, I was told that even though it only has 20k miles on the rebuild, it has been over 1 year so there is nothing that can be done. His justification was that " you know a man makes the parts....and that's too bad it didn't last longer..." . at this point of the call I verbally expre
Super nice folks. No complaints about customer service or price of service. This is just my experience and I’m sure it’s not the norm as the reviews are mostly good. Came highly recommended from others. Got my transmission fluid changed at the end of January and about 2 weeks later when I was doing some suspension work I noticed some sort of fluid on part of the exhaust. It ended up being fluid seeping out of the pan around the gasket. I called and they of course would take care of it but not until the following week. I then decided to see what the bolts were torqued to and low and behold probably 9 or so of the bolts on the pan were loose enough I could remove by hand. It’s more of a trust thing and I’m not gonna come back in for service when bolts can’t be tightened. I know that if I didn't catch it and my transmission started Having problems I would be on the hook for it. Like I said. Nice folks, good price for the service and I’m sure this was an uncommon occurrence but it’s my exp
