The LEAST helpful auto parts store that I have experience in a while. Called to see availability of a 12 V battery for an ATV, Michael let me know that they have plenty of 12 V batteries in addition on the size and shape that I would need. Did not offer to look it up cross reference anything about such just sat on the phone going OK??? Even if they are cheaper than the next auto parts store...I won’t be using them again.????????
