STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! Not only are they lazy and rude they will do half the job but charge you for the complete service. We sent one of our vehicles in for EXAUST MANIFOLD GASKETS - EXAUST PIPE FLANGE GASKETS - SPRING AND BOLT KIT. only 2 out of the 4 SPRING BOLTS were changed out. neither one of the EXAUST PIPE FLANGE GASKETS were replaced and neither one of our EXAUST MANIFOLD GASKETS were replaced. But we were charged for the complete service. To make things even worse they removed the heat shield between the starter and the exhaust manifold and never put it back causing the exhaust manifold to burn up the starter and al the wiring. We had to take the vehicle to another qualified shop for them to not only fix it the correct way but show us what all was missing and never installed even though we were charged for it.

I dropped my car and left it there over night for them to take it a look it the next day so they had my car for the whole day Wayne called my husband to tell him he couldn’t find anything wrong other than my ac needed to be recharged and that my car was ready for pick up my husband had to pay before even checking to see if it was fixed which was 202.38 I get in the car and it’s still blowing hot air my husband goes back inside to tell him and he goes well let me put it back in and take a look 5 mins go by and all of sudden finds the leak and says it’s the condenser and that the 200 I payed was not refundable and that the part and labor was going to be an additional 530 dollars. So I go inside and i ask Wayne how come he had my car the whole day and says there was no leak and he fixed it and now all of sudden he finds the leak in 5 mins he couldn’t answer that and tells me he is going to back the car out and for me to get out of his shop all because I wanted a refund for something that
