Lou gave his honest opinion on what was going on with my van. He never charged me a penny. He knows his stuff. I recommend Lou for any of your transmission needs.
These people are rude and very unprofessional I talk to them over the phone trying to get a diagnosis of my problem. And the guy had no patience in so much that he hung up in my face. I tried to call them back and he wouldn’t even pick up the phone. I would not recommend lose Transmission.
What an excellent bunch of people at Lou's. 2nd transmission they have done for us. 02 ram 1500, and 04 1500...would not go anywhere else!! Thank you Lou's for taking great care of my baby and getting her back up and running for another 200k!!
