20 minutes after getting my truck back it left me stranded on the edge of the highway on my way to work, when someone says a job is done you trust it is done he said I should have test driven it close by to see if any other problems occured, he's the one with the equipment and knowledge to take care of it that's why I took it in in the first place

They guy called Rayo himself doesn't care. He talk to you as if you're asking him to fix your vehicle for free. He made me tow my vehicle to him, that he will replace what I wanted replace. He send me back to my home with the vehicle. I lost trust from him. He isn't serious about the job he does.

First thing i discovered is lack of communication. I talked to him about his diagnostic price which was $150 not bad. I explained that all I wanted was a diagnosis of the issue I took it there for. Well I call back a couple days later to see what he found and discovered the price has now jumped to $270, I said hold up all I wanted was a diagnostic and he has already put parts in. I said I agreed to a $150 charge and that’s it. He asked if he should put old parts back in, I said Yes. I was going to get it and now it doesn’t run at all. I discussed that with him and now he doesn’t want to work on my truck anymore because I said put old parts back it. Finally got him to get it running again. Originally it was a high idol on start up problem. Anyway cost me $360 for him to get it running again and it now runs worse then it did before taking it to him. Would never recommend this guy to anyone. I’m 45 yrs old and have never had this kind of an experience with any mechanic I’ve ever dealt wit
