These guys do really good work. I only took off one star because they initially asked if I could leave my car a couple days, and then later over the phone said it might be up to SIX days before they even looked at it. They went ahead and expedited the work, but they need to be more transparent and realistic about their ETAs. I totally sympathize with not being able to meet demand with lack of labor or whatever but be up front about it.

I've never felt pushed to get a service (even had them tell me I could wait on a repair if I preferred) and I absolutely trust their recommendations. I came in for an oil change an hour before closing and also the day before I had to drive to Houston, and after they rotated my tires it was discovered that two of my tires needed to be replaced (it was a very bumpy ride when I tried to drive away). When I returned minutes before closing to ask them what the issue might be, these men stayed 20 minutes past closing to help me figure it out, and coordinated getting me new tires in the next morning before I had to drive to Houston. When I came in the next day, they replaced the tires quickly so I could get back to a work meeting before having to drive to Houston. I appreciate their help so much, and want to give a shout out to Tori and Adam who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!
