MC Tires & Auto Repair

We had a screw stuck in the tire and no other place in the area wanted to fix it, except for MC Tires. They did a very good and fast work and for a decent price too. Very recommended place!!

Waited in the office for 15 minutes calling and calling. There was no one there. We even yelled out to the property. Finally, he picked up the phone and said “oh you’re waiting?” He eventually showed up to the office. We showed him the tire WE HAD ALREADY TOLD HIM ABOUT ON THE PHONE and he told us that due to where the screw is he can’t fix it. Mind you it wasn’t on the side of the tire. Looking at the reviews he has fixed several other tires with the screw in the exact same spot as mine. We asked him if he sold tires to replace it. He was hesitant, said yes, but they didn’t want to help at all after that. Not sure why you would be open and not want to make money.. Very very lazy and lied right to our face. Pathetic. I hate to say this but it seemed racist. He immediately didn’t like us and didn’t want to help after he was friendly on the phone. Guess he saw our skin color

Mauricio Carrillo is not a honest person, he's in it for the money and does not care about his customers / clients. I drove from Houston to visit him in Austin AND he sold me a beat up car and said that it was clean with no issues. I also asked him multiple times if there was anything wrong with it and he said no, it's clean and it has low miles. After I paid him, I took it home and took it to state inspection and there was so many issues with the frame, missing head lamp, cracked wiper fluids, lazy paint job, etc. That's just the beginning of the issues that I found. I could not even get the vehicle to pass state inspection to DRIVE home. The overall cost of damages exceed 5k+. Stay away from Mauricio and his business. He's not an honest person.
