For anyone with an European car and not wanting to be serviced by their dealer, this shop is about the best in north Austin. The owner, Joel, is very reasonable and accommodating. He promises to run the shop with honesty and integrity. He did. The lead mechanic, services manager, Shawn is awesome too. Working closely with him, I was able to pinpoint the issue in my Mercedes and had it fixed it with 1/5 of the cost had I had MB dealership to do it (they had wrong diagnostic to begin with). Highly recommended shop.

Poor quality service that involved not tightening bolts on tires and replacing glass that doesn't match. Cost me quite a bit to fix the damage done by these folks. The place itself is filled with vehicles that are abandoned. Watch out for your tires and battery's. The response to the review is a lie as the issue is a BMW, which they communicated in emails. Unusually Honest and Professional Mechanic/ Shop owner. This place is absolutely unique hidden shop with a professional service and even more importantly, it is owned by one of the most honest owner I encountered whose name is Joel. This guy is very humble, professional and very honest mechanic/owner who does not try to oversell you things you don't need. In fact when I asked him to change some parts like spark plugs, his answer was " I already checked them and they are fine". I went there because my car has cylinder 4 misfire code but it also happen that I bought brake pads and cabin filter parts online to replace them myself and decided to have him change the brakes and cabin filter for me while the car is in his shop. So I asked him if he could use the parts I already bought online. He said " No problem" and used the parts I already bought and saved me some money. Try that in other places, I guaranty you they will not accept that because they want to sell you their own products for
