If you're looking for an auto shop in South Austin that provides quality care, is upfront about your issue, and works in a timely manner while communicating with you throughout the process then this is the place! First time I came, had to get my car towed here and was told they wouldn't take a look until Friday as that was the soonest appointment. I arrived minutes before they closed, and got assisted and was told there was no issue getting my car towed here that same day. Gary reached out to me Thursday and told me I needed a new battery, alternator and thermostat. He got my extended warranty info, and got it covered. My car was ready to get picked up by Saturday. Second time, dropped by to see if they had availability this week for an oil change, and they accommodated me into the schedule for Friday morning. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They tried to charge me 1,400 just to fix my AC ,and they took 5HOURS just to do a diagnostic ,the labor was 900, not even the parts all added together were that much, they definitely put there hands where they shouldn’t have either ,because when I tried turning my car back on once I got home it wouldn’t. They are awesome. It was my first time going to Ben White Auto Repair LLC. I had great experience. They are super friendly, Professional and genuinely Kind. I Highly recommend this place to anyone.
