I requested to balance 4 wheels on my ford mustang. Sounds like simplest procedure that possible. The guy who balanced my wheels broke my rim center cap. I understand everything but it wasn’t mistake. He didn’t remove the cap and put wheel on the stand, off course the cap pushed out, dropped to the floor and scrolled all the way in garage.. ok, again, I understand everything, the guy maybe just make mistake, didn’t see the cap, but NO, he repeated this procedure for all 4 wheels!! As a result they lost some pieces of my caps. That’s good that car is pretty new, and plastic pieces just go out instead of broke.. The second point that they tried to make tire rotation for my wheels that are different width in front and rear and cannot be rotated. I just stop the guy when he already bolted first rear wheel to the front. As a result they found one of my pieces, another one they ordered.
