New to the Arlington area, I was very skeptical about which repair shop to take my car too. I dropped my car off overnight and Sam called me and explained the repairs the next day. I expressed unease with the repairs and got a phone call from Milt directly. He took the time to listen to my rant and assured me the car was in the right hands. After his call I felt so much better I slapped an oil change on top of it! I appreciate the communication, the quick turnaround and most of all the care and teamwork at this shop! Thank you!
