I got a flat tire as a Wednesday morning surprise, on the way to work. Luckily, it happened right in front of Caliber Auto Care off of Sublett & 287. I walked in, before they had even opened, and was greeted with a smile and pure kindness. Christian and Robert had my tire fixed and I was on my way in 30 minutes. My Service Advisor, Virgil, did an amazing job. My vehicle had broken down a few miles away from the shop and he arranged the tow and, based on our conversation and since it was later in the afternoon, ordered the suspected defective part proactively. Additionally, he stayed a couple of hours past closing to ensure I got back on the road to Houston. He kept me informed and even took the time to discuss a particular issue I had with my vehicle face to face with him, the mechanic, and myself to insure there was no misunderstanding. Basically, in every aspect, outstanding customer service.
