Williams Transmissions

I made a phone call to see their availability and prices, they were really respectful and promised great effort. I took my transmission down there since I had already had it removed before hand. He said they would call me 2-3 days after that day. I never did receive a phone call so I called them back only to hear that he had yet to check my transmission. I gave him another week to complete the task of checking my transmission. He never did return my call like he said he would so I once again had to call him. He told me what was wrong with it and seemed very knowledgeable on what he was talking about. I decided to allow him to continue his work since I was very impressed with the conversations. I entrusted he would have it complete two weeks after that phone call, THREE months later I had to pick up my transmission because he "couldn't get around to it" or " hasn't had the right pieces" or "waiting on the right pieces" or (my personal favorite) "took too much time off (4 days).
