i RECENTLY HAD AN EMISSIONS REGENERATION FAILURE ON MY 2014 RAM DIESEL while heading out on vacation. iF YOU DONT GET IT SERVICED QUICKLY IT WILL SHUTDOWN. I called Watson Repair shop on Saturday morning, and even though they were closed Drew answered my call. I then went to his shop on Monday morning to have him scan the code. He explained it was the NOX sensor and that they typically cost around $700 aftermarket, and $900 oem if they are available. He was able to locate one and had me on the road Monday afternoon. He also replaced my ccv and ran the regeneration system so it was good to go. After traveling I thought he had taken advantage of me, and so i contacted him, and he showed me the actual cost of the part, and his labor time. I apologize to him, as he Cares deeply about his business, and Yes I would use him again if i need, and definetaly would if i lived in Amarillo. Drew is an Honest & Trustworthy person.

My diesel truck broke down while I was traveling across state and Watson Automotive & Diesel Repair had me on the road again in no time. They are very knowledgeable, honest and professional, used quality tools and fixed the problems correctly without shortcuts. My mechanic explained all problems in detail and I was impressed with his knowledge and performance. I’m very particular with who works on my truck. I only wish he lived closer to my home so I could use him all the time. Very fare on his prices!
