So thankful to find somewhere that actually services Promaster 3500s! They squeezed us in on a holiday week when they were already slammed. Found and fixed everything in two days to get us back on our way asap. Only negative was we had to call for updates, but could just be due to how busy they were. 10/10 would recommend! Excellent, friendly business. We were driving through town on a long road trip back home and I heard a suspension noise in our van. Bill had me bring it in on a Saturday morning and got me right in even though they had a lot of other work already lined up. Allen quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly. Great people. Such a blessing.

Thought I’d found a good car repair place, but I was wrong. I’ve taken two different cars in for different types of repairs, and I’ve had to take them both back to be fixed correctly. And I’m still not sure they’re right. On top of that I was promised my car on Saturday and it was the following Thursday before I got it. Their explanation was that I was “pushed to the back of the line.” I guess they’re honest about that, at least.
