I came in for an inframe. I had planned to go to another shop but they were booked. He was recommended by another shop as i was calling around. He had my truck a little longer than i wanted to be out of it but parts have been hard to find..blame covid. I am very pleased with my old trucks performance after Roy fixed it. He had all the right answers to as many questions as i could ask think of cause when youre spending that kind of money you gotta be sure. I came back to install 2 more parts that we didnt have access to to make sure the job was done right. . Thanks Roy and crew. I mention price.....very fair for the his skill level. Will be back and will recommend others. Im gonna get u in the Rolodex at work. Services: Engine repair, Oil change

From a Marine Corp Veteran: Do not take your vehicle here unless you want to get it back in worse condition than what you had it in. I dropped off my car in PERFECT operational conditions and the owner takes it to Toyota Dealership so they can fix his electrical mistakes. 3 weeks later, he tells me I have to pay for a battery that I DID NOT give authorization to. I get the vehicle back and notice the AC does not work like it should so, I take it to Toyota and they stated blown fuses. I can only conclude this is the result of the owners errors working on my vehicle. I call Roy's unlimited to discuss my situation and he tells me its a complete separate issue and has nothing to do with his services. I strongly recommend NOT to get your vehicle serviced at Roy's limited. You are better off somewhere else, I promise. Words cannot express how upset I am with this business.

These guys are great! Rebuilt my Detroit dd13, came in slightly less than the estimate and my engine is better than new. Honest and straightforward. I would use them again no question.
