If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never had issues with my vehicle prior to coming to this place. I came to this place March 2023 because my breaks were squeaking. I was told that the rotors and pads need to be replaced. Well they only replaced the pads and resurfaced the rotors. After, my car was making a loud rumble noise. I went back 4 different times. One time they tried to tell me there was no noise, but then I had one of their employees get in the car with me and they immediately heard the noise. Another time they told me maybe it was just a rock in there. Another time they replaced the pads again and said that the more expensive pads made the noise go away. Another time they told me maybe it was my transmission and complained about dealing with my car multiple times. Each time, they would do something to the car and swear the noise was gone but no. In between those times, I tried going to other places and this recommendation was that I return to Meineke so that they can co

The manager Kay was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and professional and HONEST. My total bill was not over the estimated quote. My vehicle was fixed correctly and in a timely manner. Went in for shaking when I brake they told me rotors and brakes were fine and I needed shocks. Got those replaced for over 1500 and car still shakes. They installed the shocks perfect just didn't fix my problem and obviously didn't check to see if that fixed the issue. The work was good just didn't fix my problem. So on to the next shop i go
